    LIMITED ANIMAL STUDIES IN WHICH METHANOL WAS GIVEN ORALLY OR
    APPLIED TO THE SKIN.
Effects of Overexposure:NGESTION (SWALLOWING): CAN AFFECT NERVE
    RESULTING IN BLINDNESS. CAN CAUSE MEDICAL SLUGGISHNESS, NAUSEA AND
    VOMITING LEADING TO SEVERE ILLNESS, POSSIBLY DEATH (IN HUMANS).
    INHALATION (BREATHING): EXTR EMELY HIGH LEVELS CAUSE STUPOR,
    HEADACHE, DIZZINESS AND UNCONSCIOUSNESS. SKIN CONTACT: REPEATED OR
    PROLONGED CONTACT CAUSES DRYING, BRITTLENESS CRACKING AND
    IRRITATION. EYE CONTACT: LIQUID AND VAPOR	IN HIGH CONCENTRATIONS,
    CAUSES IRRITATION, TEARING & BURNING SENSATION.
Medical Cond Aggravated by Exposure:NOT APPLICABLE.

=======================  First Aid Measures  =======================

First Aid:EYE CONTACT: FLUSH EYES WITH WATER FOR AT LEAST 15 MINUTES.
    CONTACT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY. REMOVE CONTAMINATED CLOTHING AND
    WASH CONTAMINATED SKIN WITH LARGE AMOUNTS OF WATER. IF IRRITATION
    PERSIST S,	CONTACT A PHYSICIAN. INHALATION:REMOVE PATIENT FROM
    CONTAMINATED AREA. IF BREATHING HAS STOPPED GIVE ARTIFICIAL
    RESPIRATION, THEN OXYGEN IF NEEDED. CONTACT A PHYSICIAN
    IMMEDIATELY. INGESTION: INDU CE VOMITING OF CONSCIOUS PATIENT
    IMMEDIATELY BY GIVING TWO GLASSES OF WATER AND PRESSING FINGER DOWN
    THROAT. CONTACT A PHYSICIAN IMMEDIATELY.

=====================  Fire Fighting Measures  =====================

Flash Point Method:TCC
Flash Point:=12.2C, 54.F
Extinguishing Media:FOAM, WATER SPRAY (FOG), DRY CHEMICAL, CARBON
    DIOXIDE AND VAPORIZING LIQUID TYPE EXTINGUISHING AGENTS MAY ALL BE
    SUITABLE FOR EXTINGUISHING FIRES INVOLVING THIS TYPE OF PRODUCT,
    DEP
Fire Fighting Procedures:USE DRY CHEMICAL, FOAM OR CARBON DIOXIDE TO
    EXTINGUISH THE FIRE. WATER MAY BE INEFFECTIVE, BUT WATER SHOULD BE
    USED TO KEEP FIRE EXPOSED CONTAINERS COOL. IF A LEAK OR SPILL HAS
    IGNITED, USE WATER SPRQ AY DISPERSE THE VAPORS AND TO PROTECT MEN
    ATTEMPTING TO STOP A LEAK.
Unusual Fire/Explosion Hazard:WATER SPRAY MAY BE USED TO FLUSH SPILLS
    AWAY FROM EXPOSURES. MINIMIZE BREAHING GASES, VAPOR, FUMES OR
    DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS. USE SUPPLIED-AIR BREATHING EQUIPMENT FOR
    ENCLOSED OR CONFINED SPACES OR AS OTHERWISE NEEDED.

==================  Accidental Release Measures  ==================

Spill Release Procedures:SHUT OFF & ELIMINATE IGNITION SOURCES: KEEP
    PEOPLE AWAY. RECOVER FREE PRODUCT. ADD SAND, EARTH OR OTHER
    SUITABLE ABSORBENT TO SPILL AREA. MINIMIZE BREATHING VAPORS.
    MINIMIZE SKIN CONTACT. VENTILATE CO NFINED SPACES. OPEN ALL WINDOWS
    & DOORS. KEEP PRODUCT OUT OF SEWERS & WATERCOURSES BY DIKING OR
    IMPOUNDING. ADVISE AUTHORITIES IF PRODUCT HAS ENTERED OR MAY ENTER
    SEWERS WATERCOURSES, OR LAND AREAS.

======================	Handling and Storage  ======================

Handling and Storage Precautions:THIS LIQUID IS VOLATILE AND GIVES OFF
    INVISIBLE VAPORS. EITHER THE LIQUID OR VAPOR MAY SETTLE IN LOW
    AREAS OR TRAVEL SOME DISTANCE ALONG THE GROUND OR SURFACE TO
    IGNITION SOURCES WHERE THEY MAY IGNITE OR	EXPLODE.
Other Precautions:KEEP PRODUCT AWAY FROM IGNITION SOURCES, (HEAT,
    SPARKS, PILOT LIGHTS, STATIC ELECTRICITY, OPEN FLAMES).

=============  Exposure Controls/Personal Protection  =============

Respiratory Protection:USE SUPPLIED-AIR RESPIRATORY PROTECTION IN
    CONFINED OR ENCLOSED SPACES, IF NEEDED.
Ventilation:USE ONLY WITH VENTILATION SUFFICIENT TO PREVENT EXCEEDING
    RECOMMENDED EXPOSURE LIMIT/BUILDUP OF EXPLOSION-PROOF VENTILATION
    AS REQUIRED TO CONTROL CONCENTRATION
Protective Gloves:USE CHEMICAL-RESISTANT GLOVES, IF NEEDED, TO AVOID
    PROLONGED/ REPEATED CONTACT.
Eye Protection:USE SPLASH GOGGLES OR FACE SHIELD WHEN EYE CONTACT MAY
    OCCUR.
Other Protective Equipment:USE CHEMICAL RESISTANT APRON OR OTHER
    IMPERVIOUS CLOTHING, IF NEEDED, TO AVOID CONTAMINATING REGULAR
    CLOTHING, WHICH COULD RESULT IN PROLONGED OR REPEATED SKIN CONTACT.
Work Hygienic Practices:MINIMIZE BREATHING VAPOR OR MIST. AVOID
    PROLONGED OR REPEATED CONTACT WITH SKIN. REMOVE CONTAMINATED
    CLOTHING; LAUNDER OR DRY-CLEAN BEFORE REUSE. REMOVE CONTAMINATED
    SHOES & CLEAN BEFORE RESUE.
Supplemental Safety and Health
KEEP CONTAINER CLOSED WHEN NOT IN USE. DO NOT STORE NEAR HEAT, SPARK,
    FLAME OR STRONG OXIDANT. TO PREVENT FIRE OR EXPLOSION RISK FROM
    STATIC ACCUMULATION & DISCHARGE, EFFECTIVELY GROUND TRANSFER SYSTE
    M. **CLEANSE SKIN AFTER CONTACT, BEFORE BREAS & MEALS, & AT THE END
    OF WORK PERIOD.
